Secure parking is available on the driveway and in the garage.

Please note: there are some security cameras on the property to monitor the place when it is vacant, NO cameras are INSIDE the home, there is a ring doorbell, 2 driveway cameras, 3 cameras in the backyard to monitor dock, hot tub (we use it to make sure the cover is closed) and rest of yard while the place is unoccupied any or all of these can be disabled during your stay if you would like them to be turned off.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
